First Paris edition, after John Lane's London edition of 1894. Small quarto (overall 8-3/8 x 6-5/8 in.). No. 6 of 250 numbered copies. Publisher's mauve cloth over boards, gilt lettering on spine, top edge gilt trimmed, others uncut. Printed by Leonard Smithers (called the "Publisher to the Decadents") on fine laid paper. Collates [1 l.], 8 ll. (half-title, title, parts, scenes, cast at Haymarket Theatre April 19th, 1893, etc.), 154 pp., [2 ll.]. Spine slightly sunned, some wear on spine ends, covers slightly soiled, minimal foxing on a few first and last leaves, smudge on cast list page, otherwise very good. With John Quinn's bookplate on the front pastedown.
