The first 48-1/2 x 72-1/2 inches with an oval center of lovebirds and foliage with corner brackets of musical instruments and harvest motifs.
The second 45 x 74 inches with a rectangular center panel of roses and foliage, bordered with arabesques, roses and corner cartouches with landscapes.
Each large stitch wool needlepoint, without backing or any apparent restorations, in very good condition.
Provenance: Jelko Yuresha and Belinda Wright, principal dancers of the London Festival Ballet, who compiled a noted collection of vintage and antique caftans, robes, panels and coverlets.
